Stop Motion: A Message on Climate Change from PEI Kids

Location:
Confederation Centre Plaza

Description: Climate change is an issue that can affect every aspect of Earth’s physical, biological, cultural and societal systems. In addressing these issues, there is value in listening to what youth have to say. They are, after all, our future agents of change, engineers and innovators, and can be valuable contributors to climate action. So, what do kids in PEI have to say about climate change? STEAM PEI’s Stop Motion Animation Camp challenged students ages 8 to 12 to use what they learned about science, technology, engineering, art and math to create a video answering the question: “What do you want to tell adults that they/we can do to help minimize climate change?” We can’t wait to see their creativity shine and listen to the messages they’ve shared!
