How do we move when we are stuck? 

I have been searching for portals. The ephemeral moments where places and times intersect 

and create gateways into other spaces. Accessible points that generate movements and changes. Access points are all around us concealed within doors, windows, relationships, themes, emotions, a flower, an object… They can appear anywhere at any time. I want to better understand their ambiguity. 

How far can we possibly reach into space-time?

Arjun Lal is a multidisciplinary artist based in K’jipuktuk. His creative work has been focused on contemporary queer themes of identity, culture, and fetishization - inspired by their lived experiences on Turtle Island and Berlin. Continuously searching for joy throughout their work, his research is primarily based around pleasure and new futures where things are better.
