Gerald Beaulieu originally comes from Welland, Ontario. He studied at the Ontario College of Art, graduating in 1987. In 1988 he moved to Prince Edward Island, where he now lives and works as a sculptor and installation artist. He has received numerous grants and awards for his work. He has had over 80 solo and group exhibitions across Canada, the U.S. and Europe. His work is in several public collections and his permanent and temporary works have been installed in a number of cities in Canada.
